At the worship service on November 12, 2023,
we celebrated some significant milestones
for our combined congregations. This year marks the
25th Anniversary for
Redeemer Community Church,
the 40th Anniversary for the church building
at 905 N Edgelawn Drive and
160 years since the beginning of the
Advent Christian Church in Aurora.
Rev. Asa Colby wrote a moving and timeless prayer for the dedication of the building that was found in the archives.
It was a moving part of the special service
as we celebrated the past and look forward
to building the future together.
