Helping Hands Ministry

 

God has called us to serve one another in love.  Serving takes on a variety of forms which certainly includes meeting the practical needs of others.  With God’s calling in mind Helping Hands Ministry was created. 

Helping Hands is a handyman ministry designed to help those in need of simple repairs and odd jobs around your house.  Helping Hands taps the handymen and women within our church who have a skill set which can be used to serve and  have a desire to serve in Jesus’ name.

  • Senior citizens
  • Single parents
  • Financially Challenged
  • Sick/Injured
        ....if you just need a
            helping hand!!!

   WHAT DOES IT COST?
 
   The only charge would be to
  cover the cost of the materials
      used  (although donations
     made to this ministry could
         provide discounts.)
 
           LABOR IS FREE

 While we won't put an addition to your house
or do large remodeling jobs,
some typical jobs we can help with are 
  • Repair leaky faucets
  • Small electric repairs
  • Yard Cleanup
  • Install and remove window air conditioners
  • Move boxes & furniture
 
If you are unsure, ask us and we will tell you
whether or not we an do the job. 
We can also provide names of
quality professionals
for jobs too large for us to handle.
